Weekend Morning Access

Saturday and Sunday mornings from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM are reserved for events. If no event is scheduled in the booking app, members are welcome to come in and start practice at 9:00 AM. All members receive discounted event pricing.

Night Games

Once or twice a month, The Dugout may call a Night Game—a special evening event for members and non-members to connect, hang out, and build community around baseball.

When a Night Game is on the schedule, that time will be blocked out in the booking app, and members will be notified ahead of time.

Claim Your Cage

All cage reservations are made in 30-minute increments through the booking app. Booking availability refreshes every Sunday for Big League members, and every Monday for Rookie members. The facility includes three baseball batting bays. Rookie and Big League bookings reserve one cage at a time, and members are encouraged to be considerate and share space when needed.

Young Sluggers

The facility is open to players of all ages. Minors under 16 must have a parent or guardian present unless arrangements have been discussed and approved in advance.

Clubhouse Playbook

An annual liability waiver is required for all memberships. If plans change, please cancel unused bookings so others can enjoy. Memberships run for one year, but you may cancel at any time with 60 days’ notice—no cancellation fee.
